Traces of the heart
Are found in journeys of blossomed love
Discovered, when it’s spark
Showed what it could become of
Traces of the heart
Leaves paths of echoes of a soul’s cry
Tears shed only by joy from the start
A feeling so full of passion that never surrenders to die
Traces of the heart
Are found in the sparkle in one’s eyes
Bringing light into what was once dark
Now rests upon shadows that mystify a love’s prize
Traces of the heart
Are found from journeys of one’s soul
Feelings of pure happiness that will stop
Fond memories from becoming old…
