I rather like the gun-o-kus, mostly because they can be read either way. Depending on whether the person is in favour of guns or no, and whether the gunner is a hero or villain. As in this case, where all possibilities are present. Nice job with the laser, a stroke of imagination.

Very nice Debbie! Who knew Haiku can be so mysteriously dramatic - you've opened up the possibilities. Wow! Well done!

Debbie you sound like an expert with laser lights and having a taxi waiting too. LOL. A great visual poem, I'm running a Vedic in my mine of Debbie escaping from the scene. LOL. Haiku Poems always surprises how with so little words, you can paint an entire picture. I need to write more of these. I think I've only written one. Warm Smiles Always, Connie

VERY nice. It's so difficult to do a haiku on guns and I think you pulled it off.
Andrea Dietrich
Date: 1/22/2013 12:09:00 AM
as ruben said, it makes us think of a spy movie. I thought of a terrorist.

I visualized James Bond in one of his secret missions! : ) I like it! [Did you listen to Adele's "Skyfall"? ...I love that song.] I dont know if the monoku uses a cut marker! : ) I'm still learning about Haiku! Brian definition: "Monoku is a senryu/haiku with a slight enigmatic/ambiguous flavour"
Ruben O.
Date: 1/21/2013 5:27:00 PM
...And copy and paste this em dash ----> — is a gift for you! : )

I just know about the 2 sections of the monoku: "a boy takes the loaded gun" AND " loaded gun to play dead"...I was waiting for your opinion! : )
