About This Poem

Cinnamon Candles

Candle light surrounding us
Shadows dancing on the wall
Ambiance a natural drug
Take my hair down… let it fall

Dimly lit and peaceful room
Breathe the warmth of cinnamon
I’ll surrender everything
Gently touch and lift my chin

Soft caresses, passion’s kiss
Swirling sparkling mmm sensation
Tasting wine upon your lips
Creates a false intoxication

Music reaches through the air
Overcomes me like a lover
Melody which takes control
Thoughts explore, caress, discover

Feel the night, so breathtaking
All my senses come alive
Riding waves of sweet sensation
Time stands still in dancing lights

Passionate, colorful poem with a very original brand of mystique.. have you heard that cinnamon candles are good for warding off evil spirits (if you believe in that sort of mumbo jumbo). Have a good one! ~Jeremy

thanks for re-commenting, Gail. I think that's the thing that breaks my heart the most about my rash decision to delete all my poems... I deleted all the nice comments I had gotten :( Thanks for your support.
