Beyond Existence
Beyond Existence
Beyond existence pertains a purpose within
A foundation that structures our days
Like a flower that fights against the wind
Protecting the chance for its petals to bloom someday
Existence occurs in dreams we all strive for
Taking on paths in the hope we don’t get lost
Like a ship at sea that left its compass at shore
That rolls with the tide of waves through a safe course
Beyond existence sometimes remains a wall
Fear and doubt sometimes overshadows a picture so clear
A dream’s window tainted, blocking the purpose to us all
The real meaning why we all exist here
Existence blossoms in the rays of the sunshine
That was created by the seed of strength for things to grow
Without the sun, darkness is what we will find
Therefore existence would be left hidden in a light we’ll never know…
