Journeys Of The Heart
Poetry is written from journeys of the heart
Words translating roads of imprints through one’s soul
Expressing memories that once left its spark
As Robert Frost penned, “nothing gold can stay”
Brought to life in a poem, a journey once captured from within
Memories are then reflected in the essence of time once again
Through left over embers from a soul's passionate flame
Leaving the reader to feel journey's of the heart once penned.
