Like a birthmark

You are no longer black,
But I am white.
Your lips are no longer thick,
 But mine are thin.
Your language is no longer foreign.
Yet I am.
***
What was mine has become Yours.
There is no longer a distinction.
Just as my skin no longer acts as a distinction between You and Me.
I wear You in the lining of my skin,
Like a birth mark.

Another interesting write. This person you write must be a wonderful person to warrant such accolades in your verses
