Money Or Love

There is no more I can do
Perhaps no more I want to
To each be branded as fools
Who knew...?

And I wanted despair
To be at the lowest point of life
Beyond limited knowledge to compare
To perhaps find anew to strive

Love is for those of young
Money is for those of aged
Yet in the modern world we run
Whether we be... we never savage

Love? I think I can buy
Money? Who needs money when in love?
So to whom I need lie?
If the world be as cautious to serve

And the older we get
The more we distrust ourselves falling in love
Here I sat
Wondering if its money or me she loves...
