A Compelling Adversary

Fear, always a compelling and daunting adversary -
To sanction fear in my life is to reject the power within.
That I am made in the image of God, I must believe!

    This speaks of internal conflicts and doubts. How fear gains strength the more you dwell on it, so one should never underestimate the power of positive thinking. I like how your poem makes me think... and look to a higher calling.
