About This Poem

Hey You-

Hey you! Yes you. Listen to me, wise up, and do it fast.
Otherwise people are going to walk all over you
Including your brother…
You are six months from running away from home, but
You are doing it for the right reasons, you can only take
So many beatings…
Don’t doubt yourself and don’t look back…ever.
Don’t be tempted to blame yourself, self pity will get you no-where
Follow your desire to write but make sure you study English
It will help you through life.
You have not had it easy but only you can change that.
You are good with money now and it will get better, people
Will ask you for advice, give it honestly but tactfully.
Your life is going to have more up’s than down’s, but,
The most important thing I can tell you is, you do not
Turn out like your parents… you worked hard for it
And you will be rewarded for it…well done.

Also, I am soup mailing you on something I hope you can clear up for me if you don't mind.
