The Tragedy

He mowed down so many
and the blood is still
warm on the ground
Leaders spoke of healing
Another mass murder
There are far too many of them
Blood, blood, blood
Screams, screams, screams
One asks oneself
whether people are really good
are are they evil
I read somewhere that there are places souls go which not even demons
dream of
That is the case
Find solace however you can
Peace, Shalom, Peace

Very sad event Matthew, I think an awareness of selfless for the west as a Whole is a start; the selfish society; Does not seem to be helping true life Quality..For the greater populace..! I Think a trickle down effect of a Self-lessnes is Needed..!

Matt, I like this one in light of the tragic events of late. I count this among the other perceptive poems written here on this topic.
