Darkness Of The Light
Lost thoughts behind that heart.
Hidden tears behind those eyes.
Those eye lids when shut, see more than art.
A gift of glory, powers kept behind.
Love and peace are fading away as time fades.
This shiny world hides its dark boundaries.
These faces that smile, hide pain.
Everyone is grounded behind a wall of unwilling happiness.
People are in vogue of faking a smile.
There are shallow halls in crowded places.
Laughters are silent.
Trying to invoke feelings of satisfaction but in need of more.
Trying to be fearless of sharp words which strike the heart.
A lot being tried, but really less being done.
A lot being left, trying to make it right.
This world hides its darkness behind the light.
