Hope
Hope
Hope is a candle in a window
Showing its light for us to follow
So we may never get lost in our paths
Where darkness tries to bring on its shadowed wrath
Hope is a candle that burns
Showing the smiles on our faces that eventually return
A flame that will never die
As long as we believe that hope will come by
Hope is a spark that ignites the flame
That warms to heal our hearts once again
Hope is seeing its rays
Even through our darkest days
Hope is knowing that deep within our souls
Remains a place we were born to go-
Toward a light that continues to burn in a window
Showing us a path for us to follow
