About This Poem

Stars of Love

~Stars of Love~ The night I fell in love with you The stars up ahead illuminated through- Our hearts as they danced under their starlight Symbolizing the warmth of a love gone right~ Our love instantly glistened in our eyes From the magical stardust through a paradise A nostalgic night born that we shall never forget Two hearts became one without any regret~ When I fell in love with you My days and nights existed in a plain where dreams come true I just know that holding you in my arms tonight The stars will continue to show our love under their starlight~ So take me away my love To a journey where the stars of love always shine above Where you and I will continue to love each other so To a sky of passion where the stars forever glow~

This is so very beautiful and quite the wondrous write my friend! I just happened to remember past days of depression, a long time ago, I wrote my poem based on this time period! I wasn't depressed at all while writing it! You do bring me such inspiration with your awesome and delightful poetry that you write, and others here on the Soup! I feel so special here on the Soup that I can't help but be tremendously happy, and you help me feel this way my friend! This is another great poem of yours!

Oh I'm so glad that you aren't depressed now. That's good to know. You bring me such inspiration too Russell as well as others here on the soup. I agree with you, the soup has a way of making someone feel special and I'm so glad I met friends like you here. Hugs and luv, Gail
