About This Poem
Moondust
Moonbeams whimsical glow,
Bedazzling,beguiled lovers below.
Cherish enchanted moondust,
Shooting stars colliding combust.
Shimmers glowing at lover's feet,
caresses, embraced on a silky sheet.
Hold illusive dreams in a tight grip,
Capture the magic never let it slip.
Love is likened to a luminous moon,
Feverishly passionate, fading all to soon.
Fleeting like falling star light,
Vanishing within the onyx night.
Does true love exist?
Or just a midnight tryst?
Emotions evanescent lust,
Nah, it's only Moondust.
