Shipwrecked Abandonment
When the wind starts blowing,
The spring trees flowing,
That's when we'll sail a way.
You don't have to worry,
The stars will be our light.
No one will ever catch us,
If we sail away tonight.
I stood by the dock awaiting your presence,
The midnight air thickening with qualm.
In my heart, I can no longer feel your essence.
How could you abandon me so?
Sneaking quietly, stealthily, careful now!
I climb in through your window, not making a sound.
The night air, which used to be serene,
Is now stifled by your muffled screams.
You desolate me into my own sorrow,
And for that you must now sail alone.
Your drowning in your own tears now.
My blood curdles at the sound.
For you, there is no tomorrow.
You were a beautiful last goodbye...
