The Tornado

The tornado arrayed
With long turbulent train
Razes and abrades
Along a truculent lane

Destructive and determined. I live in tornado alley here in Oklahoma. We know how it goes. It has struck a few times, not where I live, luckily. Good write, Jon. Enjoyed. Good night.

Thank you Toquyen. I hope you never have to see a tornado up close.

Jon, you have humanized the beast with this. Thanks for your comment. It was an adaptation of an old joke to the limerick form. I'm afraid I have no patience these days for anything long.
