An Angel Taken
~An Angel Taken~
An angel taken to up above
Embraced by his mother’s maternal love
Who never got the chance to be born
Only a memory for a mother to mourn~
Her tears reflect heaven’s window
Looking in to see her baby cradled in angel’s glow
Softly she sings a final lullaby
To a precious angel who was taken to the sky~
She places her hand softly over her heart
Knowing that will be the place where they will never depart
As the lullaby comes to its final resting place-
She believes that one day she’ll get the chance to kiss her angel’s face~
