El Ciego

He has enslaved me.

with a glance and a smile,

he has captured my heart.

His soothing voice,

melts the chaos within.

Fleeting moments.

Escapades.

Everything seems to fall into place.

He has filled that space,

Void for so long.

He has taught this restless soul,

that life is worth living.

***El Ciego is Spanish for the Blind man

Sorry to disappoint Linda, I doubt you'd understand my conjugation if the poem was in Spanish, I'm that bad at it =) I adore the language though... I know bits and pieces of words, enough for a title, but not an entire poem or essai =)

You could if you wish place it at the bottom of your poem, the translation of it. for example, Il Ciego * Means blind in Italian.

thank you =) glad to know you're familiar with the title. I was debating on whether to put the translation somewhere.
