Dagwood Bumstead

The master maker of exotic sandwiches is Dagwood Bumstead!

Blondie (nee Boopadoop) views his masterpieces with dread!

He compounds his concoctions with everything from anchovy to zucchini,

And Bumstead could make them vanish faster than an illusion by Houdini!

Great ode to the comic strip character. I remember when the Kraft company had him in their sliced cheese commercials a few years ago.

SUCH memories... That was a wonderful Christmas gift... And Little Abner, Beetle Bailey, Brenda Star... and Weekend mornings where I couldn't wait to get a hold of the comic strips... I remember impatiently thinking... My Turn... My Turn...
