    Hi DN I thought you did a great job on your1st short poem, im not that brave lol:) Its a great thing when we can challenge ourselves& try something new,, im still learning to try new styles weather, short or long.     David... I'm sad to see the comment on the bottom... about your poem...much to pounder when one loses all meaning to ones trueself... life is only what we make of it...yes politicians and the little word "MESS" ...good verse...luv..Linda

    i agree David, after spending the last 45 years away from the land of my birth, i come back and u'k is in dire straits, it politiciuans, are rubbish and should be hung for their insensitivity.. the comment you received below, is a produce of what you write about..

    Thank you for your feed back, you might feel differently if you came from where I do. This is my first attempt at short poetry, I'll try again, but given that poetry is, in my opinion, artistic expression of the soul, one wonders what you happened to be doing when you posted your comment. If anyone appart from the lady above would like to give me any advice, it would great, it's all about learning after all. Catherine I will not be needing your advice on poetry as all things a person writes tends to reflect in their poems.
