Lori, Once again, we find ourselves trapped in the Holiday Season. And, hear I am stopping by to say Hi and to wish you a Merry Christmas once again sincerely from my heart. Loving each moment I found comforting here on the soup. Thank you for any comment or support you have offered now or in the past. Love always & forever ~ PD

Thanks! Ha ha! I changed the form to list. I know little about typed of poetry. I just write em as they come out and then struggle to figure out what form but most of mine are simple rhymes anyway. Any advice, criticism and help is much apreciated. :)

Quite striking. I enjoyed it very much. A lot of meaning and passion without much said. Good job

Thanks. Ya, it's pretty simple and blunt.

What's strange is that even the laws of thermodynamics show that it is better to eat vegetables. It demands much less energy. How did we get to eat meat so much? You must have compassion! A friend of mine explained to me that we let animals do the hard work of converting grass to protein, and then we eat the animals because we are basically lazy and it's easier. Anyway--thanks for the reminder. It is sad.

WOW...riveting piece, painfully describing the horrors of the animal slaughterhouse. This was so powerful and great. You are a wonderful writer! Nice job and keep up the brilliant work!
