Ah yes...I was reared at a Christian school (my father was on the faculty) They had a magnificent student choir and the tradition was they made the rounds to each house and sang Christmas Carols outside...Great stuff, Craig!...Congrats and have a very happy and blessed 2013 - Tim

Hi Deb, thanks but nothing here is contradictory since it is totally contemporary thoughts, many song and people today still refer to Christmas and its' parts as yule and my reference to the star was only symbolism for God and hope and love which we often find away from the bustle. Clearly metaphor--no confusion. Every thought could apply to Christmas Eve this year or any.

Most excellent you kinda had a double ending there and content wise it is a bit confusing to speak of the pagan yule & the Christmas Star? Maybe sharpen the focus on this one you do have plenty of good verses >light & Love

Please soup mail me with any thoughts, if one was to overly concern themselves with semantics and evolving derivations our creative flow would be severely restricted. I hesitate to appeal to scholars such as yourself but to the 99% who relax in the thoughts. Thank You
