About This Poem

Storm Notice Given

storm notice given
hurricane envelopes sea
winds,water rampage
hurricane hits land
darkness overcasts morning
world is mortified
water and wind rage
trees,homes,electricity down
devastation left
tomorrow holds hope
together lives are rebuilt
compassion is shown

This is so indicative of storm behaviour Carol. We are having dreadful flooding in parts of Australia and you have simply put the scenario of how this go from start to finish in a nutshell. Very descriptive. Well done. Pam.
