The Facebook Hook
Before I go I think I’ll look,
At what’s happening on Facebook,
Old friends and new having a chat,
About the weather and this and that,
Sharing pictures of the dog,
And a link to someone’s blog,
Maybe playing some kind of game,
Most of it might seem inane,
But at least we are now connected,
To friendships that were once neglected,
It’s easy to see how a quick scour,
Turns a minute into an hour.
