The Truth

Unspoken words finally come to life
A voice urging to say “can you be my wife”
The truth has now reveal
It escape from the darkness that kept it conceal
For a long time, it stayed in the dark
Ready to present itself in the gloaming light
Ready to emerge in the night.

Demeter Edwards.
