About This Poem
My Dog Named Madness
This is going out to my buddy named Madness
Who always brought me nothing but happiness
In such an unlimited number of ways
But for a very short three thousand days
Shake,catch a frisbee,or fetch a ball
When it came to tricks,he could do almost all
Give hi-fives,scratch my back, and he would also say please
He always brought me a smile,by doing one of these
People seem to think Dobberman Pinchers are in someway bad
But he was the smartest and most loving dog I've ever had
To them I have to say,"you are all absolutly wrong!"
With him the only problem being, his life wasn't that long
This goes out to my buddy named Madness
Who gave every penny spent on him its worth
I'm so sorry I couldn't do more for you
In your short lived life on this earth
