water flares up disaster looms now a city sinks

Personifying water as angry is a great idea for a haiku...I think of so many lives lost from angry waters all over the world...the Japan tsunami...the tsunami that hit India yrs back...can u think of an happy water?? Only think I can think of is a rainbow...an April shower...ps...doing wonderful...became a granny last wk and so I have been taking care of my daughter and her newborn...and u?....
