Lazy rippling streams go by
As we in the shade do lie
Life so peaceful and so slow
When there is nowhere to go
Life is hectic and so fast
Till we slow it down at last
Precious seconds so enjoyed
Best this way our time employed
So let’s enjoy this peace and quiet
Come one and all let’s try it
Leave our shackled busy life
Let the slow life ease up all our strife
