Watisungla, Beautiful "Haiku"... I love writing haiku poems...you are to be commended for a first try. Often written 5-7-5...others not so strict. You can google "How to write Haiku" for clarity. Also Senryu... Cynthia (hope you don't mind)

It's beautiful for your first one. normally they are just three lines. If you just said "pale tint of orange" as your second line, taking out the mesmerizing part, it would be more like a contemporary haiku. Keep it up. Good work!
