About This Poem
Screaming Halloween Cheer
Screams of Halloween Cheer
In the darkened eerie streets, shadows appear
Of trick or treaters screaming Halloween cheer
Dressed in scary costumes to scare ghosts away
Their presence captures Halloween’s happy trace
The stroke of midnight is almost to appear
All treats will be given through Halloween’s cheer
Echoes welcoming Halloween that arrived
Will keep the Halloween’s legacy alive
