Death

Death
Why are you knocking on my door?
With you around, I feel scared;
Feverish;
throbbing painfully from head to toe.

Death, why are you sleeping on my door steps?
I can't leave my house
I can't leave my bed.
I can't stop but worry about how much longer,
I have...
Before I never see a sun rise again;
Laugh with friends;
Hug my children and just enjoy each new day

Death.
Stop knocking on my door!
Be gone
I want to live!

With this thought I get up and get ready for work and;
my Life

    Obsessed with death is not a good way to live.

    You have to find joy in your life. Chase away the bad thoughts of death. You write very well, continue typing. Have a lovely day. oxox love Anne-Lise :)
