About This Poem
Steps
I know not myself but by these tiny steps
taken in careful ways amidst unknown depths,
where thoughts and feelings frolic on rainbow hues
of orange, green, and yellow, yes and even blue.
These steps carry me to here and now
to relish in the moment upon life’s little clues.
Forward this life moves over winds of time and celestial grooves
with chances of fate and obstacles that do create
magnetic forces with many steps to take
while choices remain in this place of fools.
