About This Poem
Puzzle Pieces For All Poets
I'm writing these words to a poet
And that poet just happens to be you
For your words shine like prisoms of light
That will shine forever on through and through
Each day we must fight our own battles
Yet try to persevere on is all we can do
Writing the words that speak from within us
Giving off a release that can only be felt by you
All the words are a puzzle of a million pieces
That we try to solve each day we live through
On this day may you find a thousand pieces
With most of them being heartfelt and true
