About This Poem
PEARL
As I was walking by the sea one day
I came upon a fan of me
For sure it was a rare sight to see
As I stopped to ask , what was it doing
Sitting there beside that deep blue sea
He said, well, I'm sitting here waiting
Just for you , So I sat down beside him
To rest my toes in that deep blue sea
As I stroked him ~ he purred like a kitten
He opened up just for me, and I could see
At last I had found my PEARL of the sea
It was my destiny waiting there just for me
