About This Poem

Autumn Colors

Autumn fair, I envision you shaded in nutmeg and golden maize;
Under cerulean October sky, swirling wonders hold my gaze.
Terracotta soothes and sienna burns, I stroll bark and bramble spellbound;
Until the tree limbs cradle me close, winds wait in whispers without a sound.
Majestic moments capture my heart, memories dance then fall with grace.
Never shall your splendor pass; autumn fair I'll never forget your face.
