Dried Up And Parched
dried up, parched land
sky blazing down, sun overbearing...
heaven sent rain falls

Nicely written Haiku, Carol! The soil and vegetation definitly need this rain, as do the morales of the people. "heaven sent rain falls" always feels like a blessing. Keep well, love, Mikki

What a wonderful and delightful write my friend! I really enjoyed the intrigue of the rain coming eliminating the parched land! The harshness of the land being relieved by the calming rain! Such a beautiful poem Carol, I love it! Great Work!!
