Summer fling or a real thing

Long talks on warm summer nights.
The sound of the ocean waves
wrestling with the clamor of music escaping from a nearby bar.
You hold me close and spin me around to the sound of the slow jazz.
The rush of adrenaline when you drive too fast.
The beat my heart skips when you kiss me unexpectedly.
Smiling between kisses, tickle fights and thumb wars.
The feel of your hand in mine, a perfect fit.
The way you can already read me, like you’ve known me for years.
