Goodbye
I never thought a word could cause me to sigh
Even worse at times it causes me to loudly cry
So much hurt and heartbreak throughout the years
Saying this word or hearing it brings back my fears
Catch you later I say and everyone understands why
I simply cannot and will not ever tell you goodbye
So it is this word I hate the most goodbye
Now my friend you know the reason why
