Waiting
i waited for your love to come
a chosen life the only one
you came and stayed a little while
and on my face you put a smile
i waited for loves question asked
a challenge met without a task
you waited patiently for me
of course i answered yes with glee
we married on that special day
i waited for the chance to say
oh yes i take you for my own
we waited for our happy home
so many years have come and gone
and now my love you have moved on
i sit here waiting once again
with all my heart my love i send...
