Hope it is not real grief but just from to much work. Yes, I was thrilled to make it to the first round. That is a first for me. Thanks and the kids are boys so not into poetry and neither is my husband so it is appreciated my poetry friends give me a boost of hurrah. love phyl

Sweet enigma...thank you for congrats on my poem "the old poet" moving to the second round...made you sad?... intention was to find comfort in our legacy, our physical existence has an inevitable expiration date...no worries! Wow, this one is DEEP. You have a double meaning in it, Debs. Is that acceptable in haiku. heehee. I just love the ones that play on words and also use personification.

this is listed under senryu Andie, but if the is an objective exterior input which also gives you an internal impression of the poets feelings yes its apparently fine
