The Long Way Around
Sometimes I feel that the journey I'm on
is bringing me home the long way around
I struggle to find the right path to take
troubles are many and so are mistakes
Each day I keep hoping soon I'll be home
to lay down ambitions and no more to roam
I'm tired and lonely just want to be free
to live life in peace with my family
Tomorrow I'll try to look for a way
to end this compulsion keep it at bay
I need to escape before its too late
I hope there is time to flee this sad fate
