Without You

Comatose - when you're not around. What am I
[supposed to do] without you?

Silence fills this not so filled apartment of ours
while I [im]patiently await your return.

I sit, idly. Nothing of importance
happens while you are not here.

"How was your day?" I'll ask you
when you arrive. You'll ask of mine

and I'll have nothing to say.
I am nothing [without you].
