Why I Love Cherry Blossoms

Why I Love Cherry Blossoms

-after a photo on a friend’s facebook page

You will always make me smile

bringing existence to everything
making life worthwhile

calming and blessing my being.

My remedy, the opposite of stress.

The blood of my youth!

                                          My rest,
my root
buds on every branch
beating my heart
with confidence

(Defy the Dark!)

through each and every season
we wake to meet each other.

My voice of reason.
                                          I rediscover.
You

as dependable as day.

Yes, I am one of the lucky few.

                                          I will be ok.

You have no idea how much this means personally to me... ive just sold my house and moved and left my beloved huge cherry blossom tree that i planted as a twig 17 years ago... it was my shelter my shade my refuge and i watched two glorious dogs enjoy growing old beneath it... that was one month ago and i havent shed a tear till now... but its good tears that i had such a beautiful tree.... every spring she shone .. tyvm karen
