Deer

There was a deer that was impressed by his horns

But not with its legs which were thin as thorns

Every day when it passed by the brook

It looked at its leg and gave it a bad look

When it was looking at its leg which was thin
It saw a hunter coming from an inn
It ran as fast as it could
And stood by a piece of wood

Its horns got tangled in a bush of thorns
And could not untangle its horns

The deer learnt that
His legs had saved him,but not its horns as they were fat

Everything that is good is a gift from God
So why not accept it with a polite nod
