Winter's jacket

From above
downward it came
in chilly beads,
crystalline
soaking
the flower’s bloom

So distending,
the flower’s
radiance

So long hoped for,
the unveiling  of mine;

Spring’s passion, from winter’s
jacket

    Yes, and usually a straight jacket here in Saginaw, but this winter was very mild. I sympathize with your disappointment, but by now you must be getting nice and warm. Love, daver
