This sure is a very vivid set of haiku, gautami :D I really enjoyed this and could almost picture this-- I especially liked how you say "pink rain" -- very pretty! Hey Guati, I'm with PD on her comment below..this DOES SEEM like an oil painting as the huingbird is suspended in air...wonderful work on this power-packed entry...you wrote quite a hit here and I love it! Don't feel pressured to do this if u don't want, but would you write a poem about your last comment under my earth hour poem about these ragpicking citizens...you brought such tears to my heart to think that simply purchasing kites to give to them would be a MOther Tereasa solution. Oh, your heart is like hers...I am moved...please consider capturing the image of them in a verse. Even a series of haiku painting a story would be amazing....I love you my dear! Dont' work too hard!
