Worlds Apart
In this world one cannot ever have what they need more than anything else,
in that world the other will miss what they want more than anything else,
so they live in loss, now one must leave to have the one thing missing and needed.
What has been left behind they cannot bear to lose,
they return, leaving what they will always need,
in this world both long for what they need, at what cost?
Dawn tears betray, together or apart one will always be worlds apart,
from the one thing they need more than anything else.
