This is a very beautiful poem I enjoy reading tonight, Nathan! It's also like a song. I love it. Congratulations for this great write of yours! Thank you so much for sharing and my placement in your Haiku contest. I am deeply grateful and honored. Have a nice and grace-filled day to you and your family always! love and hugs, Leonora

A profound write, Nathan...lots of imagery happening here! I'm not sure which couplet I find the most outstanding, they are all unique and cry out their own thought. Well, I'll come back to this and find even more I've missed, though I did read it at least three times over! Nathan, you nailed it with my write, it IS about seaweed..LOL So, I hear the evil genius Plankton was up to his old tricks again?! Spongebob has got to be the most clever animation!:) Best wishes!!! So you started this poem a while back. Put it into your pile of unfinished poems. Love can be all things from drowning in the undertow or floating on endless clouds of heaven. Depends where life is leading you at the moment. Wonderful poem Nathan. love phyl

HI! My love, my cutie pie, ((PAIN PAIN IS GOOD!)) Can you feel my pain, can you see this infection underneath my eye's. I know you started this poem 3 stupid years ago. I feel that undertow, you know the one I inspired while you where drowning. You want my opinion, the heck with every one's joy. Let's just stick together, and watch it all fall apart, Nothing is forever. I can't go on pretending I'm part of that joy. ~by the way you need to stop looking. Stop paying attention. always..PD
