Sapphic

Holding Adonis In another place and another lifetime, gazing into eyes that gazed back with passion. Kissing you, loving you and how you touched me. Summer’s moon watched us. Are you in the world, my sweet lover? Are you? Have you gone the way of the gods before you? Blessed was I to hold you so closely. I was holding Adonis. Oh, Andrea, this is beautiful and so emotive. I especially loved the moon watching.... ummm... could be me, hon, but is the syllable count 11 for your third line? This deserves top spot, just want to ensure some wee thing doesn't get in the way of that. It's just after 11 here. Thunderstorm!!! This is weird for March! Girl could wake up any minute. Hoping to read and comment for a bit. You were my first drop by. So glad I read this! Spicey!!! :-) Cyndi
