Near town
As I walk the early morning street
My mind wandering aimlessly
I stare to the open sky above
Feel my heart beat,
with thoughts of you, my love
Trees dancing in the early breeze
Birds chirping, singing with ease
In tune we are with nature and all that surrounds
Becoming one with nature
and its silence of sounds
Thinking clearly, now I see
A whole new world of positive energy
You and I in a world of love
Forever in peace surrounded with natures hug
I wink, you smile, as we walk near town
Knowing what we know, will never be found.
